This is my archive of old art I made as a kid! I can probably find art going as far back as 2009, some can be dated accurately and some can be approximated to a certain year based on the art style.
Notable staples of my art style through the years:
- I originally started drawing once I started watching My Little Pony, which I grew up with from a pretty young age as many did. I think around 2010 was when I started being personally invested in it, and you can tell with how I started to draw snouts and eyes
- I started to find out what warrior cats was around 2015, first watching MAPs and stolen fanart slideshows on YouTube, before reading the books in 2016. oh boy... you can see the anime wolf hair take hold. I also have several brief phases trying to emulate several popular artists in or related to the fandom, Blixemi, PaintedSerenity and Eucalyptus Splash to name a few.
- In 2018 I finally started expanding to digital art. You'll see me struggle to learn how FlipaClip and ibisPaint X work for the next several years.
- throughout the years I was in a lot of fandoms and media, all of which have influenced my art as it evolved, but not in a way too attached to the media itself the way warrior cats was. However, in 2021, I slowly got sucked into homestuck. This has entirely turned my art style on its head and swung me back over into using the pixel brush. Usually all of my lineart is done with the pixel brush, and sometimes my shading! The Cheek Lines (TM) also start to become a staple at this time...
- cut to 2024 I date the hottest girlboy in the world and they get me into JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. So far, I've been messing with colors and fashion like never before! Excited to see where this takes me :) growing as an artist is always a fun journey!
I went to a charter school for the arts in high school, and have been drawing as long as i can remember... i have books upon books of old sketches from growing up, and will only be filling up more as i go! I usually fill about a sketchbook a year of traditional sketches alone. It's my passion and I don't know what I'd do without it!
